	• here, there and everywhere (1990-91) This small series of pictures entitled "Here, There and Everywhere" (1990-91) is a kind of collection of symbols and objects of the Soviet times which were dispersed inside citiscapes and interiors of different public institutions about the whole country. With the aid of inelaborate decoration of the city streets the Power certifies its ubiquitous presens and its vitality -- here, there, everywhere...
